Bring Your Computer In For Service

Drop-Off Times

We have two drop-off time slots - 11am to12pm and 5pm to 6pm. Once you schedule the date and time slot that works best for you, you can drop off your computer anytime during that time slot. If you decide to come near the end of a time slot, we ask that you come at least 10 minutes before it ends to allow for enough time for the in-take process. If you are unable to come in during those time slots, we may be able to schedule a different time, though additional fees may apply. Contact us for further details.

Appointment Length

Drop-off appointments are strictly for dropping off a computer for in-shop services and are limited to 10 minutes or less. If you have a lot of questions or need in-person services or training, please contact us to determine what type of appointment would work best for your needs.

Appointment Preparation

Prepare a list of the issues you are experiencing and/or the services you would like to receive. Bring this list with you when dropping off your computer for service. Be prepared to provide your name, phone number or email for contact purposes, the user password for logging into your computer and any other information and passwords that might be necessary to complete the services you require.

Service Time & Cost

Basic diagnostics typically takes 1 to 24 hours, extensive diagnostics takes longer. Basic diagnostics is $45+HST, but is only billed if you decide to not go ahead with the service recommended. Extensive diagnostics is charged by the hour and is charged along with the service required to resolve the issue.

In-Shop services typically take anywhere between 1-5 days depending on the service being provided and the average cost for services ranges from $95-$225. When you drop off your computer we will give you an estimate of how long it will take to complete and, when possible, an estimate on cost of service. If diagnostics is necessary before providing an estimate, your technician will contact you with a cost of service after your issue has been diagnosed. No guarantee can be given that the cost of services will be exactly what is offered in the estimate prior to service, however, if additional services or costs become necessary while your computer is being worked on, your technician will contact you to let you know.

If you have an emergency or are in a rush to get your computer back, we do offer express and emergency services on some of our standard services at an additional cost (contact us for more information). Alternatively, one-on-one services with a technician may be a fit for the service you need and are offered in-shop, on-site, and remotely. One-on-one services are billed at an hourly rate (contact us for more information).
